Liberal Vannin Party think reform plans need to be more radical

The Liberal Vannin Party says principles to modernise government do not go far enough.
This week Chief Minister Allan Bell will take six recommendations to Tynwald for support.
He wants to introduce a raft of changes to the structure of government to make it smaller, simpler and less bureaucratic.
The LVP says it will support the principles but feels they need to be more radical.
