Drug related crime successfully tackled by police

Police are on the ‘crest of a wave’ in tackling the Island’s drug problem.

That’s according to the chief constable, who says officers are working hard to clamp down on people breaking the law.

Earlier this month, officers took £54,000 of cocaine off the streets.

However Gary Roberts says that with impending budget cuts there could be difficult decisions to make:
