Ramsey shops report serious water damage

With the flood waters now drained and pumped back into the sea the extent of the damage around many of the Island's towns is being realised.
The Department of Infrastructure’s works teams are assessing the worst hit areas as they begin lengthy clean up works.
The water levels are slowly but surely beginning to drop, with serious flooding around much of the Island.
Jeff Robinson is the Operations Manager at the DOI, he told us Ramsey in particular has been badly flooded:
