Police investigate Christmas Day burglary

Police in Peel are investigating a burglary at an antique shop on Christmas Day.

The window of 'All Kinds' in Michael Street was smashed and the thief managed to grab jewellery and small ceramics before running away.

It happened at around 9.30pm.

The suspect is a male in his early twenties, with a slim build and average height.

Police say it's a reminder that criminals don't take time off for Christmas and they advise people to keep up their security.
