Motiv8 warn addicts not to indulge

People having trouble drinking over the festive period are being asked to contact Motiv8 for help if it's needed.
The charity's director of service says it's are open to everyone - but warns people with addictive tendencies not to overindulge over the festive period.
Motiv8 are a team of counsellors specialising in addictive behaviours - its aim is to help clients make positive changes to their lives.
