Urgent last minute question to Tynwald

An urgent last minute question has been allowed inclusion in today’s Tynwald sitting by the President of Tynwald.
Douglas North MHK Bill Henderson will ask the Chief Minister to make a statement on the position of Flybe services to the Isle of Man.
It was revealed on Friday that the airline would be withdrawing from its Island base, with a loss of 49 local jobs as a consequence.
Allan Bell will be asked what effects this will have on the Island and what steps government is taking.
It will be the first question asked.
