Prospect Union warns government against outsourcing

Prospect Union General Secretary Mike Clancy has warned government that outsourcing may not be a solution.
Mike told us that he has seen this approach fail all too often when deployed by the UK government.
Prospect has a membership of over 1,800 in the Island.
