Minister supportive of department merge

The Social Care Minister says he would be in support of merging his department with the Department of Health.
It’s an idea that’s been muted by the Chief Minister who says a Department of Health and Wellbeing could be created.
Allan Bell says he is looking to radically restructure the Council of Ministers system and banish the departmental silos.
