Karran confident over Kenyon's cafe plans

An Onchan MHK believes he's getting closer to repurchasing Kenyon's youth drop-in centre in the village.
Peter Karran is a trustee of the charity that runs Kenyon's but he sold the site to Onchan Commissioners in 2005.
The authority now wants to sell it to develop youth services elsewhere.
In August Mr Karran launched a campaign to raise £100,000 to buy the site back.
