Mad Sunday weekend proves most popular

A survey carried out during this year’s TT has revealed there were 25,000 visitors here for Mad Sunday.
Head of tourism Angela Byrne says this statistic has confirmed their suspicion that the Mad Sunday weekend is the busiest of the fortnight.
In total 40,000 biking fans visited the Island spending around £25 million.
However Mrs Byrne admits there are areas to focus on next year to ensure they can continue building on the TT's success:
