Civil servants invited to talk to Chief Minister

Government staff have been given the chance to air any concerns they have with the Chief Minister.
Allan Bell is in the process of visiting every government department to talk to senior management and the staff about potential changes in the future.
A comprehensive review of the services provided by government is taking place to see what can be delivered differently in the future.
Mr Bell says it is a time for change and many people are uncertain about what the future holds (audio):
