Cav bidding for triumphant track return

Excitement is building ahead of Mark Cavendish’s return to track cycling next month.
The Laxey man is expected to compete at the International Belgian Open alongside team-mate Owain Doull.
The event runs for two days from September 6 and will see the 28-year-old make his first significant appearance in the discipline since 2009.
