Health Minister says LVP are playing 'political football'

The Health Minister is accusing the Liberal Vannin Party of playing ‘political football’ with the Island’s health service.
It’s after the party’s health spokesperson - MHK Kate Beecroft - accused senior bosses of misleading the public over a review of colorectal surgery.
The LVP published excerpts of a private report which looked into why the procedure was suspended last year.
David Anderson says the parts published contained no professional context or perspective and is just another part of a ‘misleading and alarming’ campaign against the hospital.
He’s adamant the party is only serving to undermine the medical profession:
