Will government regret cutbacks?

A local commentator says he's concerned over the impact of government's widespread cutbacks.
Journalist Paul Speller was speaking after the Chief Minister reiterated that no department would be ring-fenced.
The past two years have seen significant cuts to all government departments, especially education and social care.
Mr Speller says government could ultimately regret decisions currently being made:
