Biker killed in Mountain Road crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a male motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the Mountain yesterday afternoon (Sunday).
The incident happened just after 4pm in the area of the Mountain Mile. The man has not yet been named.
The Mountain Road was closed between the Bungalow and Hairpin for a number of hours for initial investigations.
Enquiries are ongoing and police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, they’re asked to contact Police Headquarters.
