Allan Bell hopeful of a boost for the job market

The Chief Minister believes some context needs to be given to the current unemployment figures.
Levels have hit a 17 year high, with 1,200 people out of work.
Although it's a high number, the Island still stands very favourably when compared to the rest of Europe.
Mr Bell says the levels of unemployment will be offset shortly with the emergence of some new companies.
