Sam Barks to film on the Island

Local girl Sam Barks is set to return to the Isle of Man to film a new festive feature.
The revelation was made by Treasury Minister Eddie Teare during his budget speech, when making reference to the positive outcomes of the Pinewood film studios investment.
"A Christmas Candle" will be filmed here in the next few weeks.
Mr Teare mentioned Susan Boyle would also film on the Island but this has been denied by her management.
