Bill Henderson MHK removed as member of Treasury Department

It’s been confirmed in the last hour that Bill Henderson MHK has been removed as a member of the Treasury Department.
The Council of Ministers accepted a recommendation from Minister Teare that the Douglas North MHK be removed from his Department with immediate effect.
Commenting on the decision Minister Teare said he is ‘sorry to say he no longer has confidence and trust in Mr Henderson’.
He has branded the decision the responsible thing to do, but has said he is personally saddened by the situation.
Speaking to Energy Fm Minister Teare has said the decision to remove Mr Henderson stems from a verbal agreement the two which Mr Henderson reneged on prior to this week's sitting of Tynwald:
