Boy hurt in accident

A teenage boy was taken to hospital this morning following a crash in Onchan.
It happened just after 8.30 and saw a section of Governor's Road closed while emergency services worked at the scene.
It's understood the youngster was standing at a bus stop at the time.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision at the junction of Wybourne Drive.
Police confirm a young male is awaiting surgery for serious but not life threatening injuries.
Officers are appleaing for information.
