Next hearing in Attorney General case put back by a week

The ongoing court case involving the Island’s attorney general and deputy assessor of income tax has been adjourned to the later than initially stated date.

Instead of the 12th the next hearing will be on the 19th December at 2.30pm.

Stephen Harding faces six charges, including three counts of forgery.

With Colin Goodwin charged with two offences of acts against public justice, and one of conspiracy.

No reason has been given by the courts for the delay.
