Harding and Goodwin case to resume in court today

The Island’s Attorney General and the Deputy Assessor of Income Tax will appear in court today.
Stephen Harding and Colin Goodwin have been charged with an offence of conspiring to commit an act against public justice.
On top of this Mr Harding faces five other charges relating to perjury and forgery. Mr Goodwin has also been charged with two additional counts of committing an act against public justice.
Both men first appeared in court in October and have since had their employment suspended.
They will appear before the Magistrates Court at 2.30pm.
