Chief Minister optimistic over UK economy

Chief Minister Allan Bell
The Chief Minister is welcoming the news that the UK has finally climbed out of recession.
The breakthrough was confirmed last week and Allan Bell says it can only have positive implications for the Island’s economy.
Despite this however Mr Bell says the news should be met with cautious optimism:
