A 33 year old man charged with the graffiti criminal damage incident over the weekend has had the charges dropped.
Graffiti appeared on the garage door of a Castletown property on Saturday morning that endorsed the actions of Dale Cregan, the man charged with the murders of PC’s Fiona Bone and Nicola Hughes.
It also made reference to the Hillsborough stadium disaster of 1989, using the ‘Justice 96’ slogan.
The charges were dropped by the prosecution due to insufficient evidence.
