Appeal launched following serious graffiti incident

The grafitti which was daubed on the garage door has now been cleared off
Police are investigating a very serious incident of property damage in the south of the Island.
Graffiti was daubed on a garage door, on a public road, sometime in the early hours of Saturday morning in Castletown.
The content of the message relates to the recent murders of two police officers in Manchester, one of the PCs - Fiona Bone - had previously lived in the Isle of Man.
It also carried the ‘Justice 96’ slogan, in relation to the Hillsborough football stadium disaster in 1989, which saw 96 people die.
Police are looking for any individuals with information to come forward immediately. Anyone with information should contact 631212.
