Government's Twitter accounts now back to normal

Government says its Twitter accounts are back to normal now after being hacked yesterday.
Spam messages were sent from both the main government account and that of the Manx Electricity Authority.
Security settings have now been updated and the problem has been resolved.
A hoax police account has also been set up on Facebook.
Police have asked the public to disregard the account, which already has over 200 likes, calling it a “spoof account”.
