Long road to recovery for Island's housing market

There is still a lengthy period of uncertainty ahead for the Island’s housing market says a local expert.
The housing market has taken a severe hit since the start of the economic downturn back in 2008.
Despite a stagnating market the Island is still performing better than England and Ireland with positive news in both the higher end and commercial property markets.
