Petitioner wants changes to property laws

A Tynwald Day petitioner wants changes to the laws governing property sales on the Island.
Graham Nash thinks the current system is in favour of the sellers and not the buyers when it comes to things like having building surveys carried out.
He wants Tynwald to examine the legaliites and look at how things are done in other jurisdictions.
