Horse tram involved in crash

There may be traffic problems on Douglas promenade following a crash involving horse tram.
A white transit van was also involved.
Police stress there have been no injuries.
As the tram is a service vehicle there are a number of procedures that need to be carried out at the scene, which is resulting in some congestion.
It should be all clear within the hour.
