Still no word on potential CoMin reshuffle

We're still waiting for word about a potential reshuffle of the Council of Ministers - that's despite the announcement originally being expected at the beginning of the week.
Chief Minister Allan Bell needs to find a politician to head up the Department of Education and Children after Peter Karran was sacked.
Mr Bell has hinted that a reshuffle may be needed.
Immediately after Mr Karran's departure he also ruled out giving any of the new MHKs a ministerial role
If the back bench members are taken out of the equation, this doesn't leave Mr Bell with a wealth of choices.
He's also ruled out picking someone from LegCo.[play media file below]
