DASH responds to World Drugs Report

The Island's Drugs Advice Service and Helpline (DASH) has addressed a major report that’s put the Isle of Man at the top of a world table for cocaine use.
The report is based on a user to population ratio, with 3.5 per cent of 15 to 64 year olds revealed as having used the Class A substance.
This equates to just under 3000 people.
Shelly Stanley from DASH says although stimulant users are not the most forthcoming to their service there is enough anecdotal evidence that would suggest the Island has a significant cocaine problem.
However she has questioned how the World Drugs Report has gathered the statistics:
