Bell put in difficult position after document leak

The Chief Minister says he was left in a very difficult position after one of his Ministers leaked a confidential document.
David Cretney was trying to help a constituent who was campaigning against pre-school closures when he handed over the private paper from the Council of Ministers.
The campaigners then told a committee of politicians that Mr Cretney had given them the document.
The Infrastructure Minister has apologised and offered to resign.
