Advice for those taking part in Parish Walk

With just three days to go until this year’s Parish Walk, walkers have been advised to stop their training schedule and rest.
A record number of over 1,800 walkers will be taking part in the gruelling 85 mile walk, raising money for numerous charities along the way.
It’s a mixed forecast for Saturday’s weather, with cloud cover, bright spells and intermittent rain throughout the day.
Race organiser Ray Cox has this advice for participants:
