Man due in court following serious assault

A man is due in court this morning following an assault at the weekend.
The man was charged with wounding with intent following the incident at a premises on Queens Promenade in Douglas at 6.30 on Saturday morning.
A second man has been taking to hospital with injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
