Small rise in unemployment

Unemployment remains above the 1000 mark following a small rise last month.
At the end of April there were 1037 people out of work on the Island.
That's 6 more than at the end of March, and gives an unemployment rate of 2.3%.
The Job Centre dealt with 532 vacancies during the month, and still had 269 on file at the end of April.
