Fire crews had to remove the roof from a car following a crash in the south of the Island yesterday evening.
It happened at around 5.00pm on the Shore Road in Gansey.
One of the people in the car was complaining of neck pains, and it was decided the safest way to remove them from the car was to take the roof off.
Ambulance crews were waiting to take the injured person to hospital.
Fire officers spent around an hour at the scene.
