Captain Malpass continues as Chairman

Captain Nigel Malpass is to be the Chairman of Ramsey Commissioners for the coming year.
He's led the board for the past 2 years, and was re-elected at a meeting earlier this week.
He says he's honoured to be appointed to the role, having previously had the fortune as Chairman of meeting many people in the town using their skills to benefit Ramsey.
Sylvia Beattie was chosen to be Deputy Chairman.
