Publication Date: Wed, 02 May 2012 16:44
Gas prices will go up from next week.
For the average household on the Island this will mean an increase of around £60 a year.
Natural gas tariffs will increase by 8.2%. LPG goes up by 6.4%.
The changes come in on the 10th May.
Commercial Director of Manx Gas John Davies says the decision has been taken reluctantly and is not linked to recent investment in infrastructure.[play media file below]
