A thief who stole money intended for charity appears to have listened to their conscience.
£600 was taken from a van parked outside the Port St Mary Lifeboat Station last Monday morning.
It was collected for the RNLI.
Police say the money was handed back anonymously at the lifeboat station over the weekend.
Officers say the theft was disappointing but they're grateful the cash has been returned.
