A company operating flights in and out of Ronaldsway is abolishing charges on credit and debit cards for bookings.
Manx2 will no longer apply a surcharge for customers using their cards to pay for flights.
The move has been welcomed by Infrastructure Minister David Cretney, who says he hopes others follow.
Politicians have previously queried why airlines and booking agents apply such high charges for customers to use their cards.
