Police officer goes on trial over Manx student death

The trial of a police officer accused of causing the death of a Manx student is getting underway in the UK.
PC Rodney Mills is charged with causing death by careless driving.
He was driving a police car in Sheffield when he struck 19 year old Jamie Haslett in October 2010.
Mr Haslett was a student at Sheffield Hallam University.
The trial is being held at Bradford Crown Court.
Mills denies the charge.
