Still over 1000 out of work

Unemployment on the Island fell slightly last month.
At the end of March 1031 people were out of work, giving an unemployment rate of 2.3%.
That's a drop of 12 people compared with February.
The job centre dealt with over 500 vacancies over the month, with more than 300 still on file at the end of March.
