The girls were trapped after climbing down the cliffs
Two teenagers say they're embarrassed after Peel lifeboat crews had to rescue them.
The 14 year olds had climbed down the cliffs whilst on a walk and were unable to climb back up.
Peel lifeboat was able to reach the girls just before 6.00 yesterday evening.
The pair said they were highly embarrassed at how much fuss and expense they'd caused.
The RNLI says it highlights the dangers of climbing down a cliff without thinking of how you're going to get back up.
