Council leader announces election plans

Councillor David Christian
The leader of Douglas Council is to stand in the local election for Hills Ward.
Councillor David Christian has been on the board for 23 years.
He believes regeneration and tackling anti-social problems should be to town's main priorities.
The 24 local authorities on the Island all hold elections on April 26th.
