Another 50 jobs are set to be cut at Barclays Wealth on the Island.
It's another blow to staff on the Island, after 50 posts were said to be at risk at the bank in October.
The company says it's looking at redeployment options for those effected.
It comes as part of an ongoing strategy to move some operations from the Island to international locations.
Over 800 people are employed by Barclays in the Isle of Man.
