The final phase of a multi million pound scheme at Janet's Corner in Castletown is underway.
The last post-war houses have now been demolished.
The last stage sees 59 new houses being built, including 22 first time buyer homes
The work has been ongoing for 7 years.
Director of Housing Debbie Reeve says the £24.75million investment in the estate means there will be more homes in the area [play clip]
