Campaigners hold protest over library cuts

A protest against plans to cut library services is being held this morning.
The Department of Education and Children plans to shut the Family Library on Westmoreland Road and end mobile library services.
The union Prospect has organised the demonstration, and has been collecting signatures for a petition against the move.
The protest takes place at the Family Library from 10.30.
