MHK wants developer to scale down plans

A housing developer is being urged to scale down a development in Colby.
Rushen MHK Phil Gawne is hoping Heritage Homes will consider a smaller development after a number of objections to the plans.
Despite the concern, planning permission has been granted for over 30 homes to be built on the former Colby Football Club Ground.
But Mr Gawne doesn't think Heritage Homes will look to make changes now that permission has been granted [play clip]
