Bell says unemployment mustn't increase further

The Chief Minister says it's vital that unemployment on the Island doesn't increase much further.
Allan Bell says there are a number of Government initiatives aimed at creating jobs for Manx workers.
As part of the budget, there are to be National Insurance breaks for companies taking on new members of staff.
In January, unemployment reached 1100, with around 500 of those out of work under 25.
