Heated exchanges during pre-school debate

There have been heated exchanges in Tynwald this afternoon as politicians debate the possibility of deferring the closure of the pre-schools.
East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell is against plans to shut the facilities and has clashed with Education Minister Peter Karran.
Mrs Cannell also managed to get on the wrong side of the Cheif Minister, who at one point accused her of speaking rubbish and leaking information to the media.[play media file below]
