Planning system vital to Manx economy, says Minister

The Infrastructure Minister says the Island's planning system is vital to ensure the economy remains strong.
David Cretney's comments come as the report into the Southern Area Plan is published.
A public enquiry into the plan was held in October and November last year.
The plan aims to set out guidelines for development in the south.
